City Arrests Alcohol, drugs

Robert Efraim Garza, 26, 1408 Olivia was arrested at 1:57 a.m. Friday, Sept. 14 on a charge of driving while intoxicated after being stopped for a defective tail light. He remained in custody at presstime.

Lisa Marie Kemp (aka Lisa Marie Castillo), 39, of 1601 Ave. C was arrested at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11 on a Colorado County warrant for failure to appear and a Galveston County warrant for theft by check. She was released at 3:55 p.m. the next day on $3,000 bond.

Lance Edwards, 37, of 1608 Lynn was arrested at 2:59 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11 on a warrant for criminal mischief between $20 and $500. He was transferred to county jail the next day.

Lisa Marie Ramos, 20, of 1219 Sam was arrested at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11 on a warrant for theft. She remained in custody at presstime.

Carla Marie Crume, 43, of 1415 W. Norris was arrested at 12:31 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13 on three warrants for issuance of a bad check. She remained in custody at presstime.

Violence, weapons

Sammy Davis Horrell, 60, and Bobbie Lee Horrell, 46, both of 804 Mable were arrested at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12 on a charge of assault bodily injury - family violence. She was released at 10 a.m. Thursday on $500 bond. He remained in custody at presstime.

Joe Garcia, 33, of 1508 Bravo was arrested at 12:27 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8 on warrants for failure to appear, animal at large, no driver's license and violating the city's loud music ordinance, and two warrants for no bicycle registration. He remained in custody at presstime.
