Czech Heritage Society memorial scholarship applications accepted
      The Czech Heritage Society of Texas is accepting applications for the Victor Peter Memorial Scholarship. The five hundred dollar ($500) stipend was established in memory of the late Victor Alfons Peter, who died in 1996. Peter was a retired businessman and a trustee of the Czech Heritage Society.
