Gray-Fortenberry
William and Cheryl Spring of El Campo and Daniel and Luz Gray of Long Beach, Calif., announce the engagement of their daughter, Denise Michelle Gray of El Campo, to Joshua Ray Fortenberry of Bay City, son of Martin and Rhonda Harris of Bay City and Ralph and Sylvia Fortenberry of West Columbia. Denise is the granddaughter of Curtis and Jean Gray of Oak Run, Calif., and Carol Dolloff of Redding, Calif. Joshua's grandparents are Donald and Wynelle Vollbaum of Brazoria and Lena Falks of Sweeny. He is the great-grandson of Julia Hubbard of Sweeny. The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of El Campo High School, a 2003 graduate of the University of Houston and a 2007 graduate of Pepperdine University Law School. She is an attorney. The future groom is a 1999 graduate of Bay City High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in architecture. He is a draftsman for Benedettini Cabinets in Rosenberg. The couple will wed at 6:30 p.m., Oct. 6, 2007 in West Columbia.
