Stacy Meuth & Jason Ermis exchange wedding vows

Stacy Nicole Meuth and Jason Roy Ermis were united in marriage at 2 p.m., Sept. 22, 2007 at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church. Father Gary Janak performed the double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Terry Meuth and Charlotte Meuth, both of Needville. Parents of the groom are David Ermis of El Campo and the late Anna Ermis.
Flower arrangements decorated the altar, ambo and back altar by the statues of Mary and Joseph.
Music was provided by the organist, Janice Cox, and the soloist, Daniel Berglund.
The bride was escorted by her father. She chose an Oleg Cassini collection strapless satin gown with beaded and embroidered bodice in rum. The sheer overlay champagne embroidered train enhanced the A-line gown where it split open to the back. She wore a fingertip veil trimmed in satin. Her bouquet was comprised of white Asiatic lilies accented with Virginia roses and greenery.
Matrons of honor were Kristi Cushman of Cedar Park, sister of the bride; and Bridget Goodbread of Needville, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Ashley Ermis of Kyle and Brandy Ermis of Goliad, sisters of the groom; Devon Smith of Dallas, Kara Jones of Austin, Denise Leopold of El Campo and Holly Dockal of Needville, all friends of the bride.
Attendants wore an peridot strapless full-length satin gown featuring an embroidered bodice and gathers to the side. They carried a white Asiatic lily accented with Charming Unique roses and circus alstromeria.
Flower girl was Carli Rawlinson, friend of the bride and groom. Bryce Meuth, cousin of the bride, was the ring bearer.
Garet Rawlinson of El Campo, friend of the groom, served as best man. Honorary best man was the late Ryan Ermis, cousin of the groom. Groomsmen were Aaron Ermis of El Campo, brother of the groom; Matt Meuth of Needville, brother of the bride; and Jonathan Krenek of Egypt, Jason Supak, Nick Tupa, Percy English and Toby Riha, all of El Campo, friends of the groom.
Ushers were Jeff Cerny, Curtis Dornak and Robby Strnadel, friends of the groom; and Clint Cushman, brotherin law of the bride.
Candlelighters were Coleman Jan and Mark Hackstedt. Witnesses were Kristi Cushman and Garet Rawlinson. Readers were Bridget English and Brandi Cerny; and offertory gifts were presented by Eugene and Diane Socha and Becky Meuth, godparents.
Immediately following the ceremony, a reception was held at Crescent Hall. Members of the houseparty were Patti Jan, Amber Meuth, Barbara Socha, Barbara Leopold, Gloria Cernoch, Casey Tanner, Jessica Overhoff, Tracey Weathers, Shelley Wendt, Alyssa Meuth, Amanda Meuth, Madison Jan, Madeline Meuth, Shelby Quinn, Samantha Gorka, Mary Brown and Cathy Ermis.
Rehearsal dinner was held at the El Campo Country Club.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Texas A&M University. She is a teacher for Lamar CISD. The groom is a 2005 graduate of Texas A&M University. He is employed with Ermis Vacuum & Pump Truck Service.
After a wedding trip to the Bahamas, the couple will reside in El Campo.
