Kenneth Cerny

Kenneth Cerny, 50, of El Campo, died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007.

He was born May 25, 1957 in El Campo to Alfonce and Rosie Orsak Cerny. He was a longtime agriculture salesman and was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Denise Peikert Cerny of El Campo; daughter, Ericka Cerny of Wharton; step-children, Victoria and Cody Stansberry of El Campo; sister, Shirley Krenek and husband Don of Wallis; brothers, Clarence Cerny and wife Robbi of Bonus, Larry Cerny and wife Susan of El Campo, and Al Cerny and wife Cindy of El Campo.

Funeral services will be today, Wednesday, September 26 at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Rick DuBroc officiating.

Pallbearers are Cody and Victoria Stansberry, Nathan Krenek, Clay Cerny, Cody Cerny, Cliff Cerny, Keith Cerny and Jeff Cerny.

Honorary pallbearers are Chad Krenek, Blair Cerny, Jenna Cerny and Chelsey Cerny.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
