Amanda Wilson earns degree

AMANDA WILSON

Amanda Leeann Wilson graduated from the University of Houston- Victoria campus in August 2007. She received a bachelor of business administration degree in business administration-accounting.

The 2003 El Campo High School graduate is the daughter of Mary and Ronnie Berberich of El Campo and Larry Wilson of Louise.

Wilson plans to continue her education and earn her master's degree and CPA license. She has accepted an accounting position in Wharton.

To celebrate her graduation, a party was held Saturday evening. Her parents, Mary and Ronnie Berberich, and brother, Trey Wilson, hosted the dinner party at their home, 1102 South St.

Decorations of pink and black were used. A meal of fried chicken, buttered potatoes, green bean casserole, cake and soft drinks were served.

Special guests were Ann Hubenak and Audrey Wilson, grandmothers; and all her aunts and uncles.

Approximately 30 guests attended and enjoyed playing an outdoor bean bag toss game.
