J.C. Henderson

John Calvin Henderson, 70, of Wills Point, formerly of El Campo, died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2007.

He was born June 19, 1937 in El Campo to Jesse P. and Ella Maude Wiginton Henderson. He was a rice farmer.

Survivors include his daughter, Kay Henderson King of Pottsboro; sons, Clint Henderson of Grapevine and Keith Henderson of Breaux Bridge, La.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Helen Naiser; and brother, Paul Henderson.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, Oct. 8 at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Joyce McCormick officiating.

Memorial donations in memory of John Calvin Henderson may be made to the American Cancer Society.
