Police Blotter City Arrests Alcohol, drugs Robert Garcia, 40, of 811 West Loop was arrested at 2:24 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6 on charges of driving while intoxicated, expired driver's license and no insurance after using the wrong turn signal. He was released the same day on $3,500 bond. David Montes, 20, of 401 Ave. J was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6 on charges of minor driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while license invalid or revoked. He was released at 11:30 a.m. the next day on $3,000 bond. Allen Efrain Estrada, 21, of 1167 CR 405 in Danevang was arrested at 2:45 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 7 on a charge of driving while intoxicated, expired registration, expired motor vehicle inspection, no insurance, theft by check and failure to appear after being involved in a motor vehicle crash on West Fifth. He was released at 1:20 p.m. the same day. J. Concepcion Diaz, 32, of 10007 CR 405 was arrested at 11:47 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27 on a charge of driving while intoxicated after passing two vehicles on the right. He was released at 10:51 a.m. the next day on $2,000 bond. Property A 13-year-old El Campo boy was arrested at 10:21 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6 on a charge of theft under $20 after allegedly shoplifting an iPod radio remote from Wal-Mart, 3413 West Loop. He was released to his father's custody the same day. Other Michael Deshane Johnson, 38, of 507 S. Liberty was arrested at 9:10 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6 on a Hamilton County warrant for failure to appear, a Fort Bend County warrant for theft between $20 and $200 and charges of driving while license invalid or revoked, expired registration, expired motor vehicle inspection certificate and no insurance. He was held on $6,000 bond as of 3 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8. Johnny Ranellnaquon Phillips, 24, of Columbus was arrested at 12:25 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 7 on warrants for failure to appear, no insurance, no driver's license and expired registration. He was released the same day on $1,483.32 bond. Dominique Washington Norman, 20, of 180 Cook Rd. in Eagle Lake was arrested at 2:20 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 7 on charges of interference with the duties of a public servant and public intoxication after allegedly trying to stop a police officer from arresting a drunken man involved in a fight outside a bar. She was transferred to county jail the same day. Mark Eugene Ferguson, 44, of 4029 FM 102 in Wharton was arrested at 10:07 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 7 on two warrants each for failure to appear and no insurance. He was released the same day after paying $1,640.94 in fines. Kimberly Rodriguez, 27, of 1415 W. Norris was arrested at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7 on warrants for failure to appear and failure to control speed and two warrants for no insurance. Someone broke into the school gym and girls' locker room doing $200 damage to a door. Nothing was reported missing. Pinchers Boiling Pot, 2909 U.S. 59 East, reported theft of three signs worth $1,300 and two fish feeders worth $400 between 11 p.m. Monday, Oct. 1 and 6 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2. White's Home & Auto, 117 S. Mechanic, reported theft of a of a $200 Poulan lawnmower between 11 a.m. and 3:50 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5. County Incidents Property Darby Hoffman of Nada reported theft of a red transfer pump worth $300 from a barn on CR 378 between noon Sept. 20 and 7 a.m. Sept. 21. Lonnie Neel reported damage to the internal gears of a combine at CR 421 and CR 410 on Sept. 25. Blair Farm reported theft of a $700 fuel tank with pump worth $700 and 110 gallons of diesel worth $253 from a farm at FM 961 between 7 p.m. Sept. 21 and 8 a.m. Sept. 24. Ira Lapham of Sealy reported theft of a 1985 Ford F-250 truck worth $2,500 and a John Deere 5230 tractor with front loader worth $8,000 from a barn at CR 262 and CR 279 in Lissie between 5:30 p.m. Sept. 29 and 8 a.m. Sept. 30. County Jail Bookings Alcohol, drugs Pablo Efrain Perez, 22, of 5th and Blair in Midfield was booked Friday, Sept. 28 for driving while intoxicated. He was released at 10:40 a.m. the same day on $1,500 bond. Other Amber Perks, 19, of 702 Washington was booked Friday, Sept. 28 for probation violation. Mario Rivera Martinez, 28, of 1501 Byrne was booked Tuesday, Oct. 2 on a warrant for indecent exposure and two counts of probation violation. He was held on $50,000 bond as of noon Thursday, Oct. 4. Christopher Limas, 17, of 907 Spanish Camp was booked Sunday, Oct. 7 for two counts of probation violation and capias pro fines. He was held on $20,000 bond as of 3 p.m. the next day.
