Becky Rodriguez & Rey Lucio Jr. say wedding vows at St. Robert's

MR. AND MRS. REY LUCIO JR. BECKY RODRIGUEZ

Becky Rodriguez and Rey Lucio Jr. were united in marriage at 2 p.m., Oct. 13, 2007 at St. Robert's Catholic Church. Father Lawrence Matula performed the double ring ceremony.

The bride was escorted by her parents, Frank Rodriguez of Victoria and Janie Rodriguez of El Campo. Her attendants were matron of honor, Connie Rodriguez of El Campo, her sister-law; maid of honor, De Anne Rodriguez of El Campo, bride's cousin; and bridesmaid, Jasmine Lucio, daughter of the groom; Jessica Sanchez, friend of the groom; Michelle Sanchez, friend of the bride; and Marisa Rodriguez, daughter of the bride, all of El Campo.

Flower girls were Bianca Fuentes, cousin of the bride; and Destiny DeLuna, niece of the bride. Ring bearers were Cody Rodriguez, nephew of the bride; and Daniel DeLuna III, nephew of the bride.

Carlos Lucio, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Justin Lucio and Mono Lucio, sons of the groom; Steven Knight, friend of the bride; and Chris Guerrero, son of the bride, all of El Campo.

Ushers were Fred Francis, David Mondrik, Ditino Martin and Greg Spanihel.

Witnesses were Mr. and Mrs. David Rodriguez.

A reception followed at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Members of the house party were Irene DeLuna, Debbie Ochoa, Dora Rodriguez, Denice Melchor, Yolanda Gusman and Patsy Smith.

The bride is a 1990 graduate of El Campo High School. She is a packer for Barry Plastics Corp. The groom is a 1981 graduate of Louise High School. He is employed by McCoy's Building Supply in sales inventory.

After a wedding trip to Corpus Christi, the couple will reside in El Campo.
