Golf tourney collects funds for KCs

The Knights of Columbus Council No. 2490 held their annual golf tournment Saturday at the El Campo Country Club.

Proceeds from this tournament will be divided between St. Philip School and Knights of Columbus state charities.

The following teams were winners of the morning and afternoon flights.

First place morning flight winners were Jim Elliott, Terry Stanphill, Dirk Robinson and Mike Buss. Second place went to Jeff Hansen, Jeff Balcar, Mike Bram and Linda Bram. Third place team was Gerry Couey, Derek Treybig (not pictured), Travis Johnson (not pictured) and Tristan Couey. Don Davis "Closest to The Pin" winner was Scooter Vaclavick.

First place afternoon flight went to Mike Duarte, Gus Seaholm, Butch Broesche and Don Hayes. Second place winners were Glen Rod, Tommy Turner, Scott Kulcak and A.J. Hlavaty.

Third place went to Richard Lesak, Keith Flynn, Johnny Svatek and Rick Wasiniak. Don Davis "Closest to The Pin" went to Keight Flynn.
