After Foster took the lead, El Campo drove inside the Falcon 30-yard line. The 'Birds threatened to score, but a costly penalty moved the ball back 10 yards and the Falcons eventually got the ball back. El Campo made a nice defensive stop in the fourth quarter with a little over five minutes left to play to take possession and another chance at the end zone. Unfortunately, the drive ended 1 yard short of a first down and Foster took the ball again. The 'Birds were able to get the ball back with 2:59 left in the game, but another turnover canceled any chance at a come back. Foster scored its last touchdown late in the game on a 40-yard run.
