Kept Them Busy Danevang and El Campo volunteer firefighters had their work cut out for them during this grass fire that began with a burning trash pile (at right). The fire began around 4 p.m. Wednesday near CR 410 and Hwy. 71 South and was knocked out by firefighters, but at around 10:30 p.m., the fire blazed back up again and both departments were called back to the scene.
