Roy Skow

Roy Edward Skow, 68, of El Campo, died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2007 in Houston.

He was born on Dec. 17, 1938 in El Campo to Arnold and Minnie Olson Skow. He had been employed at Louise Rice Mill and El Campo Aluminum as a truck driver before retiring due to illness.

Survivors include his wife, Geneva Boyd Skow of El Campo; daughter, Cheryl Salas and husband Ray of Port Lavaca; grandson, Matthew Salas of Port Lavaca; mother-inlaw, Gertrude Waters Boyd of Wharton; brother, Alvin Skow of El Campo; and sister, Delores Skow Ritter.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and granddaughter, Gabriela Alicia Salas.

Visitation will be Sunday, Nov. 25 from 1-2 p.m. at Triska Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday, Nov. 25 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Beverly Schmidt officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Triska Funeral Home.
