Felecita Rodriguez

Felecita Diaz Rodriguez, 69, of Houston and formerly of El Campo died Nov. 15, 2007.

She was born Jan. 8, 1938 in Danevang to the late Jose B. Diaz and Geneva Moreno Diaz.

Mrs. Rodriguez is survived by her sons, Henry H. Diaz and wife Celia G. Diaz of El Campo, Joel Perez and wife Rose, Abel Perez and wife Maribal, and Jaime Perez and wife Melanie; daughters, Sylvia Henely and husband Jim, Gloria Garcia and husband Jimmy, all of Houston; brother, Jimmy Diaz; sisters, Josie Sanchez and husband Paul, Martha Castro and husband Juan, Annie Perez, Elizabeth Oval and husband Francisco and Fidela Diaz, all of Houston; mother, Geneva Diaz.

Also, grandchildren Margarito J. Diaz, Selena A. Diaz, James, Jennifer, Jacquelyn, Oscar, Jonathan, Janet, Joshua and Julissa; nephews, Carlos and Juan and various other relatives and friends.

A parish rosary was held at Claire Brothers Funeral Home in Bellaire on Nov. 18, 2007 from 4 to 6 p.m.

Funeral services were held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Houston on Nov. 19, 2007 at 10 a.m. Burial followed at Houston Memorial Garden Cemetery in Pearland under the direction of Claire Brothers Funeral Home. Officiating was Father Jerome Burnet.

Pallbearers were David Henely, Jimmy Garcia, Joseph Perez, John Parra and Joey Manzania.
