      Gene and LaVonne Cochrum celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Nov. 3, 2007 with a dinner and dance at the VFW Hall in El Campo. Gene Cochrum and LaVonne Rychlik were married Nov. 30, 1957 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg.
