World-Class Weight Lifter
El Campo graduate ('07) and state powerlifting champion Abel Dominguez traveled to Anaheim, Cal. for his latest weight-lifting competition Nov. 18. Dominguez regularly participates in World Association of Benchers and Deadlifters and this time with the WABDL, he claimed top prize. He benched 462.7 pounds and deadlifted 600.7 pounds and finished first in both categories.
