Birthday party held for Aidan Kelly

Aidan Kelly celebrated his third birthday Dec. 3 at the home of his maternal grandparents, Toni and Jerry DeRego of Penn Valley, Calif. The party was hosted by his parents, Brittany and Cory Kelly and his baby sister, ViVi.

The "Go Diego Go!" theme was used and included table decorations, a wall mural, blue and yellow balloons and a large blue balloon in the shape of the number three. The table centerpiece was a photo tree which held many photos of Aidan taken during the last year.

His birthday cake was decorated with candles that spelled "Happy Birthday" and a Diego figurine. Pizza was also served to the guests.

Out-of-town guests included Jenny, Zack, Mia and Tanner McSweeny of Roseville, Calif.; paternal grandparents, Carolyn and Sonny Kelly of El Campo; aunt, Sunny Kelly of Irvine, Calif.; and uncle, Bob Kelly of Bend, Ore.

Aidan's gifts included a My First Leap Pad, a child's digital camera, a child's ipod, a train and in-line skates.
