Leader-News' Section C lost in Santa's mailbag

Observant readers of today's El Campo Leader-News will notice the apparentlackofaCSection.

The typical Section A with news, Viewpoint and Area Funeral Notices is there as is Section B which features Sports, Lifestyle and Classifieds.

The next section, however, is Section D - the start of our annual Santa Letters - quickly followed by a Section E.

So what happened to Section C?

The answer lies in printing times and production needs which changed between Dec. 12 when design of the Santa Letters began and last night when the regular section of the paper was printed.

A Section C simply wasn't needed, but sections labeled D and E had already been printed.

The Leader-News apologizes for any confusion the section labeling may have caused.
