Volunteers build hope for mom of five

      Demetria Smith has faced more than her fair share of troubles in the last few years, but a community effort helped ease those woes just a bit. Smith, the mother of five children between the ages of 5 and 13, was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis a few days before Christmas in 2003.
