Leonard Solis

Leonard Solis, 66, of El Campo, died Monday, Dec. 17, 2007.

He was born on April 11, 1941 in Inez to Celestino and Olivia Vasquez Solis. He was a truck driver.

Survivors include his daughters, Christine Gonzales, Lolita Leija and Julie Delgado, all of El Campo; son, Leonard Solis Jr. of Wharton; seven grandchildren; brother, Raymond Solis of Victoria; sisters, Herlinda Solis Gunset of Chicago, Ill. and Alice Solis of Victoria.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Porfina Solis; and brother, Alex Solis.

Visitation will be today, Saturday, Dec. 22 from 8-10 a.m. at Triska Funeral Home.

A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. today followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. at St. Robert's Catholic Church.

Burial will be at Holy Cross Memorial Park under the direction of Triska Funeral Home.
