SCOTT STERNADEL

Sternadel earns BS degree

Scott David Sternadel graduated from the University of Houston-Victoria on Sunday, Dec. 9, 2007 with a bachelor of science degree in biology. Commencement was held at the Merrell Center in Katy.

Having earned his degree in August, he is employed by McCoy's Building Supplies and is currently in the management training program at their retail center in Victoria.

Sternadel is a 2001 graduate of El Campo High School and the son of Leonard and Dana Dornak Sternadel. He is also the grandson of Evelyn and the late James R. "Jimmie" Dornak.

Koenig graduates with honors

Susan Elizabeth Koenig graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston- Victoria on Sunday, Dec. 9, 2007 in ceremonies at the Merrell Center in Katy. She received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics.

She has also earned her secondary mathematics teaching certificate from the Texas State Board of Education.

She will teach algebra and geometry at El Campo High School beginning next month.

Koenig is a 2003 graduate of El Campo High School and the daughter of Gregory "Kenny" Koenig and the late Carol Stary Koenig.

TIFFANY MOORE

Moore graduates from SHSU

Tiffany Marie Moore of Garwood graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville on Dec. 15, 2007 with a bachelor of applied arts and sciences and a minor in criminal justice.

Many family members and friends were there to attend the ceremony.

In May of 2005, Tiffany received her associates degree in paralegal assistance from Blinn College in Bryan.

Moore is the daughter of Kenneth and Debbie Wishert of Garwood. She is a 2002 graduate of Rice High School in Altair.

She is currently employed with Reynolds and Reynolds in College Station.

Hardin earns degree at TSU

Matthew Cole Hardin graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos with a bachelor of arts degree in journalism and mass communications specializing in advertising.

Commencement was held at the Strahan Coliseum in San Marcos Dec. 14, 2007.s

After graduation ceremonies, Hardin celebrated with family and friends.

MATTHEW HARDIN

While a student at Texas State, Hardin was a member and officer of the Ad Club and member of the Sigma Pi fraternity.

Hardin is a 2001 graduate of El Campo High School and the son of Sherrie and Craig Hardin of El Campo.
