LETTERS TO THE EDITOR Our family would like to extend our thanks to the community for the concern and support that so many of you have shown following Tommy's accident on Nov. 30. The visits, phone calls, cards, flowers, food and prayers are very much appreciated. Special thanks to the church congregations that continue to have Tommy on their prayer list and are praying for him daily. Thanks to the very special friends and community members that have organized the benefit on Feb. 9 and all of the hard work that it takes to organize this event. We are humbled with gratitude for these gracious acts on Tommy's behalf. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Texas Parks and Wildlife, The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, The Wharton County Sheriff's Department and the other local law enforcement agencies that have been present and supported Tommy and our family during this time. Your acts of kindness will never be forgotten. We are so fortunate to live in such an awesome community. We know that the power of prayer is working as Tommy begins his recovery process and ask for your continued prayers. May God Bless You All.
