      The alleged theft of a judge's weed whacker could mean a prison sentence for a Lane City man with a conviction history. The gas powered trimmer allegedly stolen on Sept. 4 from El Campo Municipal Judge Irvin Foytik is listed in the indictment of having a value "of less than $1,500.
