Feeder steer prices down sharply Jan. 19
      For the week ending Jan. 19, feeder steer prices at Texas auctions were down sharply from the previous week as higher grain prices worked their way through the cash market. Fed cattle prices were also lower with declining beef prices squeezing packer margins and lowering bids for finished cattle.
