      City Arrests Property Amber Nicole Moreno, 22, of 607 Mayfield Ave. was arrested at 8:56 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22 on three warrants for issuance of a bad check. She was released the same day on a payment plan for $1,352.88 in fines.
