COURT REPORTS

Probationary terms were handed down in Wharton County's 329th District Court during mid-January plea bargain agreements.

Judge Randy Clapp heard the following guilty pleas:

• Aaron James Johnson, 19, of 301 Strasbourg Dr. in LaFayette, La., for criminal attempt (tampering with evidence). He was placed two years deferred probation, fined $300 and ordered to pay $250 restitution. Johnson also must perform 120 hours of community service.

• Floria Roberts, 49, of 6315 Rue Sophie in San Antonio for theft by check. She was placed on five years deferred probation and ordered to pay $20,790 restitution.

• Quincy Deshawn Dorn, 24, of 102 Correll in Wharton for burglary of a building. He was placed on two years deferred probation on the condition he serve 50 days in county jail. Dorn also was fined $250 and ordered to pay $433.65 restitution.

He was given credit for time already served.
