City Arrests Alcohol, drugs

A 16-year-old El Campo boy was arrested at 11:42 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12 on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and walking on the wrong side of the road. He was released the next day to a relative, who was cited because the boy also violated the teen curfew.

Patrick Gonzales, 20, of 401 Alamo was arrested at 10:39 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13 on charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of 2 ounces or less of marijuana after being stopped for excessive acceleration. He was transferred to Wharton County Jail the next day.

Property

Emmitt Hargrove, 65, of 806 Dunlap was arrested at 5:11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13 on two warrants for issuance of a bad check and a warrant for no insurance aftr being stopped for a defective vehicle lamp. He was released the same day after paying $1,030.77 in fines.

Violence, weapons

Ernesto Pacheco, 17, of 1404 Pinchot was arrested at 8:58 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11 on a warrant for assault by contact. He was released the same day on $412.75 bond.

Other

A 16-year-old El Campo boy was arrested at 10:45 a.m. Monday, Feb. 11 on a charge of probation violation. He was transferred to the Victoria County Juvenile Detention Facility the same day.

Larry Falcon, 45, of 409 Mayfield was arrested at 4:15 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11 on a warrant for evading arrest or detention while already in custody at the Wharton County Jail. He remained in custody at presstime.
