Leo Bray Hudlin Jr., 28, of 808 Dunlap was arrested at 11:25 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17 on two charges of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine and Ecstasy), and charges of possession of 2 ounces or less of marijuana and no valid driver's license - suspension. He was transferred to Wharton County Jail the next day, and released at 10:25 a.m. the next day on $12,500 bond. Violence, weapons Ralph McAfee Jr., 24, of 403 N. Wilke Road in Wharton was arrested at 10:52 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15 on a warrant for harassment. He was transferred to county jail the next day. Wayne Bustamante II, 19, of 1402 Stevens Ct. in Rosenberg was arrested at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16 on charges of driving while license suspended and prohibited weapon - switchblade knife. He was released at 10:15 a.m. Saturday on $5,000 bond. Abelino Medina Jr., 21, of 1202 Sam was arrested at 2:16 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16 on warrants for no driver's licenses and failure to appear and a charge of assault - family violence, after allegedly beating a woman known to him in the face, back of the head, arm and back, then threatening the lives of the woman and her relatives. He was released after paying $659.50 in fines. Salvador Velasquez, 30, of 715 N. Wharton was arrested at 7:55 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17 on a Bastrop County warrant for failure to appear and charges of assault family violence causes bodily injury, no driver's license and no insurance, after allegedly beating a woman known to him, then following her as she fled. He was held on $13,500 bond as of 3 p.m. Monday. Public intoxication: 4. County Jail Bookings Alcohol, drugs Stephen J. Capak, 50, of 458 Catamaran Dr. in Palacios was booked at 9:22 a.m. Friday, Feb. 15 on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance and non-payment of child support. He was held for Matagorda County Sheriff's Department as of 3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18. Property Gilberto Aldaco, 43, of 1580 CR 309 in Louise was booked Friday, Feb. 15 on a warrant for theft. He was released the same day on $1,000 bond. Violence, weapons Amber M. Perks, 19, of 702 Washington was booked at 1:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 18 for intoxicated assault. She was held as of 3 p.m. the same day. Other Karissa Ramirez, 30, of 1002 S. Liberty was booked Thursday, Feb. 14 for six counts of probation violation out of Hidalgo County. She was held without bond as of 3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18. Jail population as of 3 p.m. Monday was 89 prisoners. |
