JURY CANCELLATION

Two Monday Wharton County jury calls have been canceled, according to officials.

Those receiving summons for Judge Randy Clapp's 329th District Court at 9:30 a.m. Monday need not report, according to District Clerk Denice Malota.

The 125 residents who received a jury summons in County Judge John Murrile court for Monday, March 3 at 9:30 a.m. are also excused, according to County Clerk Sandra K. Sanders.

The criminal juries have been canceled.
