Read-A-Thon Top Money
St. Philip School concluded their annual read-a-thon event and recognized the following students who brought in the most money. They are (front, l-r) Amber Sutton, Jebadiah Zalman, Melea Socha, Michaela Holt, Averi Glaze, (back) Clayton Bruton, Justin Capak, Michelle Sutton, Megann Faas and Blair Watz. With 100 percent participation from all grades, students collected $20,551.60, about $5,000 more than last year. Funds are deposited into the schools' endowment fund, which totals well over $1 million.
