Two facing felony trials

Allegations of drug possession will have two Houston residents facing felony trials following February deliberations of the Wharton County Grand Jury.

The indictment is a citizen jury ruling that a prosecutor has enough evidence to proceed with felony level charges. A superceding indictment is one which changes information on an earlier indictment.Those issued superceding indictments were:

• Calvin Fuller, 25, of 3151 Greens Parkway in Houston for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of the intent to deliver it. He allegedly had more than 400 grams of codeine and 200 to 400 grams of alprazolam on July 29, 2007 with the intent to sell.

• Tamira Holly, 26, of 12265 Fondren #1306 in Houston for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of the intent to deliver it. She allegedly had more than 400 grams of codeine and 200 to 400 grams of alprazolam on July 29, 2007 with the intent to sell.
