COURT REPORTS

Prison and probationary terms were meted out in Wharton County's 329th District Court during February court hearings.

Those pleading guilty and accepting punishment included:

• David Flores, 31, of 9445 FM 102 in Glen Flora for driving while intoxicated. He was placed on five years probation on the condition he serve 10 days in county jail. He received credit for time served.

• Adam Ivan Twardowski, 26, of 3114 Myatt Lane in El Campo for driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to two years in prison with credit for 237 days served.

• Juan Romero Lujan, 36, of 1022 Lilly in El Campo for tampering with a governmental record. He was sentenced to 45 days in county jail with credit for the full time served.

• Callis Ray Whalon, 27, address unavailable for prohibited substance in a correctional facility. He was placed on seven years deferred probation on the condition he serve 100 days in county jail and perform 240 hours of community service.

With deferred probation, the conviction won't be held against Whalon if he is able to complete all terms. He received credit for time already served.

• Willie Davis Jr., 57, of 816 Roth in El Campo for theft. He was placed on five years probation on the condition he serve 120 days in county jail. Davis received credit for the full time served.

• Lurkeshia Lynnette Baugh, 25, of 522 E. Caney #A in Wharton for two counts of credit card abuse. She was placed on two years deferred probation.
