Jeannette McKellom

Jeannette McKellom, 65, of Missouri City, died Monday, March 3, 2008.

She was born July 25, 1942 in Los Angeles, Calif. to Lawrence Hodson and Jeannette Winton.

Survivors include her daughters, Debroah Farlough of Missouri City, Bertha Washington of Richmond and Jeannette Browne of Richmond; sons, Thelton Perkins Jr. of Richmond, Darryl Roy Perkins of Richmond and Terry Perkins of Wharton; sister, Jean Williams of Pasadena, Calif.; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, J.E. McKellom.

A wake service was held Friday, March 7 at First Baptist Church in Wharton from 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be today, Saturday, March 8 at First Baptist Church in Wharton at 1 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Wharton Funeral Home, 519 E. Emily, Wharton.
