Man accused of kidnapping shopper

      City Arrests Alcohol, drugs Samantha Nicole Martinez, 18, of 1111 Merchant was arrested at 1:21 a.m. Saturday, March 8 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. She was held on $10,000 bond as of 12:30 p.m. Monday, March 10.
