Agnes Hogan

Agnes Hogan, 85, of Flatonia, died Monday, March 10, 2008.

She was born March 2, 1923 to Prokop and Mary Mraz Reznicek in Mt. Olive.

Survivors include her daughters, Joan Dornak of Flatonia, Mary Ann Owen of Moulton, Rose Humphreys of Ganado and Cathy Owen of El Campo; sons, James Hogan of Dequincy, La., Clyde Hogan of Simonton, David Hogan of Woodsboro, Charles and John Hogan of El Campo; 20 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, James Hogan.

Visitation begins today, March 12 at 12 noon with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Flatonia. Services will be Thursday, March 13 at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Flatonia and burial to follow at Salem Cemetery with the Rev. Joe Hybner officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Flatonia.
