Harry Socha

Harry Socha, 62, of El Campo, died Friday, March 21, 2008.

He was born on March 13, 1946 in Taiton to Edmund and Alice Juranek Socha. He was a carpenter and a Catholic and a member of the KJT Society.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Socha of El Campo; sons, Wayne Socha of Coupland and Kirk Socha of El Campo; brothers, Albert Socha of El Campo and Eugene Socha of Louise; and sister, Georgia Sanchez of Orange.

His parents preceded him in death.

Visitation will begin Monday at 11 a.m. at Triska Funeral Home with a parish rosary being recited at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 25, 2008, at St. John Catholic Church in New Taition with the Rev. Tony BoatengMensah officiating. Interment will follow at St. John Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Triska Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Kevin Socha, Wade Foegelle, Allen Naiser, Lawrence Miculka, Bubba Baker, Bill Bender and Lawrence Dorotik.

Donations in memory of Harry Socha may be made to the American Lung Association or M.D. Anderson Research Center.
