Leader-News staff changes announced
      Two significant changes have occurred in the El Campo Leader-News advertising department. Jennifer Davlin, who has worked as an advertising specialist for more than seven years for the Leader-News, last week was promoted to advertising manager.

Back On Track
      Rail lines through El Campo went away in 1994, as shown in this file photo from the time. But Kansas City Southern intends to restore the old Spaghetti Line from Rosenberg to Victoria, plans that include a massive railyard in Kendleton. No exact date is set for the line's return to El Campo.
