Bride-to-be given come, go party at Memorial Baptist Church

A come and go bridal shower honoring Amber Bram, brideelect of Jeremy Cervenka, was held from 3-4:30 p.m. Sunday, April 6 at Memorial Baptist Church fellowship hall.

Hostesses were Nita Doubt, Ruth Kinder, Dorothy Mader and Trudy Workman.

Tables were decorated with spring floral arrangements and bluebonnets. For refreshments, a cake decorated with fresh flowers was served along with cheese rolls, punch, coffee, mixed nuts and mints.

Special guests were Marian Bram, mother of the bride-tobe; Debbie Cervenka, mother of the future groom; and Tillie Smaistrla, grandmother of the bride-to-be.

Amber and Jeremy's wedding date is set for May 31, 2008.

Hostesses presented the honoree with a Hamilton Beach slow cooker.
