Former San Antonio Mayor Henry Cisneros and El Campo Mayor Phillip Spenrath take a moment to visit during the Hispanic Education Project hospitality hour Saturday at the Civic Center. Joining the conversation is Yvette Garcia. Cisneros, a firm believer in schools and cities working together, was impressed that El Campo's mayor is also the high school's head basketball coach.
