Police Blotter City Arrests Alcohol, drugs Krystopher Todd Damian, 21, of 17004 Pleasant Road in Wharton was arrested at 9:14 a.m. Sunday, April 13 on charges of possession of 2 ounces or less of marijuana and possession of a prohibited weapon - knuckles. He was a passenger in a car stopped for expired registration when police allegedly found the items. He was transferred to Wharton County Jail and held on $4,000 bond as of noon the next day. Property Felicia Lorine Malone, 34, of 6146 FM 1161 in Wharton was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Friday, April 11 on a warrant for issuance of a bad check. She was released the same day after paying a $144.18 fine. Richard Paul Hogan, 23, of 701 W. Norris was arrested at 3:23 p.m. Sunday, April 13 on a warrant for burglary of a building. He remained in custody at presstime. Other Amiel Hiram Green Jr., 24, of 408 Mockingbird Lane was arrested at 2:05 a.m. Saturday, April 12 on warrants for failure to appear, running a stop sign and no insurance. He was released the same day on $1,191.14 bond. Public intoxication: 1. City Incidents Property Leslie Jennings reported criminal mischief between 10:30 p.m. Thursday, April 10 and 7:15 a.m. Friday, April 11 at 1311 Ave. E. Someone shot her vehicle with a paintball gun, causing $130 in damage. Abbra Escamilla reported criminal mischief between 1:45 and 2:08 a.m. Sunday, April 13. Someone did $200 damage to a residence at Oakcrest Apartments, 1415 W. Norris. Tractor Supply Company, 3506 West Loop, reported theft of 12 V-pulleys worth $211.54 between 2:15 and 3:30 p.m. Sunday, April 13. Jail population as of 12 p.m. April 14 was 115 prisoners.
