Couples' luau party honors Erica Hoffmann & Ryan Cooper

Erica Hoffmann and Ryan Cooper were given a luau themed couples' party Saturday evening, April 12 at Muldoon's.

Erica and Ryan were greeted by her sister, Dawn Bartosh, who put a leis around their necks.

Appetizers consisted of chicken kabobs, a meat tray, cheese and cracker assortment, summer sausage, fried mushrooms, pickles, stuffed jalapenos, tray of assorted fresh vegetables, watermelon bowl, chips and dips.

For entertainment, Erica and Ryan played "The Newlywed Game."

Special guests were Paul and Sherry Hoffmann, parents of the bride-to-be; Delia Cooper, mother of the future groom; and Christopher Cooper, future groom's father.

The 14 couples hosting the party presented the couple with a mosaic tile outdoor fire pit.

The couple's wedding date is set for May 24, 2008.
