Ortiz has Ninja Turtle party
The party was given by his parents, Juan and Bea Ortiz. The main table featured a display of the party theme in bold and bright colors. A large banner over the main table read: "Happy 6th Birthday Christopher." Balloons and cake, which was half pineapple cake with pineapple filling and half chocolate with chocolate filling, carried out the theme. Guests received Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle paint and book, glowing bracelets, horns, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle sewer slime, Playdough and candy, as well as tokens, face masks and coupons. All guests were treated to the all you can eat pizza, pasta and salad bar. Attending were 50 of his closet family and friends from El Campo and out-of-town. Special guests were his Momo and Popo Jay and Archie Silvas of El Campo, and MeMaw Susan and Roberto Mercado of Richmond; Mary Gallardo of El Campo, representing his godparents; Nina Bentuncur of Brentwood, Calif., aunt; Mr. and Mrs. Manuel Torres of Richmond and Natalie Ortiz of Webster. Christopher received heelys, money, toys, movies and games. From his parents he received a new bike. |
