City Arrests Property

Marjorie May Cordes, 39, of Madill, Okla. was arrested at 1:15 p.m. Monday, April 21 on a warrant for theft by an Aransas County Sheriff's deputy. She remained in custody at presstime.

Manuel Anthony Vasquez Jr., 18, of 805 Dunlap was arrested at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 22 on a warrant for burglary of a habitation while already in custody on unrelated charges. He was transferred to Wharton County Jail the next day.

Violence, weapons

Minerva Gonzales, 26, of 1009 Otell was arrested at 8:02 p.m. Monday, April 21 on a charge of assault - family violence. She was released the next day on $416.75 bond.

Juan Diego Fragoso, 24, of 506 Bruns was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Tuesday, April 22 on a charge of assault - family violence. He was released the next day on $416.75 bond.

Public intoxication: 2.

Disorderly conduct: 2.

Minor assault reports: El Campo area, 4; Louise area, 1.

City Incidents Property

Jessica Cantu reported vandals did $400 damage to a vehicle at 609 Ave. K between 1 and 11 p.m. Sunday, April 20.

Jose Reyna reported burglars stole a .38 cal. Bersa worth $350, a Toshiba computer worth $656, $140 in cash and $700 in jewelry from 412 E. Fifth between 3:30 p.m. Thursday, April 17 and 6:30 p.m. Sunday, April 20.

Daria Garcia reported burglars stole $820 in games and electronics and $500 in cash from 1217 John between 1:50 and 2:15 p.m. Monday, April 21.

Eric Perry reported someone also tried to break into the home at 1215 John at the same time, causing $50 damage to a window.

Gabriella Rodriguez reported burglars stole a $690 computer and did $50 damage to a door at 217 Olive between 8 a.m. April 2 and 3 p.m. April 4.

Desirae Garza reported theft of a $170 Motorola cell phone from 402 August between 10:20 and 10:39 a.m. Monday, April 21.

County Incidents Property

Luchak Junkyard on CR 408 reported theft of a .38 semi-automatic Cobra handgun worth $200, a .22 caliber wood-handled revolver worth $150 and a $1,200 silver Ramsey wrench between 4 p.m. Friday, April 11 and 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 15.

Glenn Emshoff reported theft of $4,650 in aluminum irrigation pipe and a $3,000 12-foot home-made utility trailer from a farm at 6864 FM 960 between Nov. 1 and Jan. 30.

Richard Teets reported theft of an $8000 Murray riding lawnmower from 1403 Barbara between 1:30 and 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 9.

Brett Nordeen reported $2,000 in damage to a truck rear window at 9:13 p.m. Thursday, April 10 at the El Campo Little League parking lot on Armory Road.

Violence, weapons

A 58-year-old Rosenberg man reported aggravated assault - family violence while in Louise between 8:15 and 8:35 p.m. Saturday, April 12.

County Jail Bookings Other

Jeffery W. Curtis, 38, of 1501 Able was booked at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 22 for contempt of court (commitment). He was held as of 3 p.m. Thursday, April 24.

Alonzo Servin, 24, of 207 Lundy was booked at 5:47 p.m. Tuesday, April 22 for parole violation. He was held without bond as of 3 p.m. Thursday, April 24.

Eduardo Tellez Dominguez, 24, of 812 W. Fifth was booked Wednesday, April 23 for probation violation and bond forfeiture. He was held as of 3 p.m. Thursday, April 24.

Yolanda Cura, 25, of 1422 Jennie was booked Wednesday, April 23 for bond forfeiture. She was released at 4 p.m. the same day on $2,500 bond.

Jail population as of 3 p.m. Thursday, April 24 was 116 prisoners.
