His daughter Jo Etta Biggerstaff of El Campo, grandsons Blake Biggerstaff and Brandon Boysen and one great-grandson survive him.

His wife Jo Ann Wigginton Boysen, son H.C. 'Dickie' Boysen, III and son-in-law Billy Jack Biggerstaff preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 30 at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Joyce McCormick officiating. Burial will follow at the Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Triska Funeral Home.

Memorials in memory of H.C. 'Pete' Boysen, Jr. may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 1001 Avenue I, El Campo, Texas 77437.
