Pre-fair Exercise When young people are seen walking goats and lambs down neighborhood streets, it's a sure sign the Wharton County Youth Fair is just around the corner. On a recent Sunday afternoon Sean Mahoney, 13, a member of El Campo Jr. 4-H, and his sister Stephanie, 16, a member of El Campo Sr. 4-H, exercised their goats. This year's WCYF is May 4-10.
