Swinging For State
El Campo sophomore Chris Quinn finished with a 169 at the regional golf tournament at Huntsville this past weekend. The only Ricebird to advance past the district tournament, Quinn shot 89 for the first day and 80 for the second. Head Golf Coach James Harp said Quinn was only 20 strokes away from qualifying as an individual for the state tournament.
