Fort Bend Family Health Center is a private, not-for-profit community health center that serves Fort Bend, Wharton and Waller counties.

Each year it provides assistance to about 20,000 people through maternity, pediatric and adult clinics, dental services, WIC (Women, Infants and Children) nutrition program, and medical case management and treatment support.

The center currently has offices in El Campo and Wharton at the Women, Infants and Children program, 2407 N. Richmond Road, which is also where the Central Appraisal District is currently located.

The Fort Bend company took over Wharton County immunizations after the University of Texas Medical Branch shut down operations in 2007 after encountering staffing issues.
