Emily Faas given bridal luncheon at Popp's house

A bridal luncheon honoring Emily Faas, bride-elect of Jeff Green, was held Saturday morning, Aug. 23 at the home of Shirley Popp, 403 S. Wharton in Louise.

Emily and Jeff's wedding date is Sept. 6, 2008.

Hostess were Kendra Charbula, Shirley Popp and Robin Sless.

Party decorations in the bride's chosen colors of turquoise and chocolate were used.

Refreshments included tortilla wraps, queso dip, chips, cocktail wieners in barbecue sauce, tray of assorted vegetables, raspberry pecan dip, chips, crackers, apple dumplings with ice cream, tea and punch.

Special guests were Catherine Dornak, mother of the bride-to-be; Pam Green, mother of the future groom; bridesmaids and the flower girl. Emily received a duffle bag and carry-all purse in her chosen colors.
