Party honors Rebecca Muños

A baby shower honoring Rebecca Muños was held Saturday afternoon, Nov. 8 at the Louise Volunteer Fire Department Hall. Hostesses were Sarah Kollmann, Andreanna Muños, Rachel Rivera, Janet Cionek, Kelly Janik, Becca Socha, Katrina Socha and Kim Volek.

A colorful array of balloons, fresh flowers, diaper wreath and assorted baby items on the tables decorated the hall.

Guests were served punch, cake, tortilla wraps, finger sandwiches, dips, chips and cookies.

Special guests were Jan Rivera of Garwood and Christine Muños of Louise, grandmothers-to-be; Anita Rivera of Wharton, Jeweline Fling of Garwood and Josephine Lundquist of Kenedy, great-grandmothers-to-be; and several family and friends.

Rebecca received a Graco "nouvelle" pack 'n play portable play yard from the hostesses.

The father-to-be is Jason Muños.
