Revocations

• Elyjah Abdual Ford, 27, of 3469 Novasad in Wharton for burglary of a building. His conviction for the Dec. 15, 2017 crime was adjudicated and he was sentenced to 110 days in county jail with credit for the full time already served.

• Todd Olen Frazier, 35, of 3500 Brooks in Bay City for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger. His probation for the Oct. 6, 2015 crime was revoked and he was sentenced to nine months in state jail with credit for 99 days already served.

• Travis Lamanns Sanders, 32, of 3207 Blackshear in Wharton for possession of a controlled substance. His probation for the March 10, 2016 crime was revoked and he was sentenced to two years in prison with credit for 99 days already served.

• Joseph Allen Saucedo, 35, of 108 W. West, Apt. 4, in El Campo for injury to a child. His probation for the April 10, 2018 crime was revoked and he was sentenced to six months in state jail with credit for 187 days already served.

Grand Jury Indictments

May Deliberations

(Note: An indictment is not an indication of guilt, but rather a citizen jury’s verdict that a prosecutor has enough evidence against a person to proceed with felony charges.)

Those facing trial include:

• Lakiana Dimae Mangum, 24, of 3117 CR 166, No. 10, in Wharton for possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence on Feb. 21. She allegedly had more than 4 ounces of marijuana and attempted to throw it away in an effort to impair a police investigation.

• Johnny Lee Manuel, 27, of 3360 Alice, No. 227, in Houston for burglary of a building and theft on Jan. 29. He allegedly broke into an El Campo business and stole seven motorcycles.

• Francesca Martinez, 25, of 2022 Treyway Lane, No. 138, in Corpus Christi for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana on Jan. 10. She allegedly had more than 4 grams of tetrahydrocannabinol oil, the active ingredient in marijuana, and more than 4 ounces of marijuana.

• Monica Renee Martinez, 26, of 596 Forrest Lawn in Wharton for possession of a controlled substance on March 21. She allegedly had less than a gram of methamphetamine.

• Lamar Reginald McKnight, 20, of 501 E. West in El Campo for criminal mischief on March 21. He allegedly manipulated a sprinkler head inside the El Campo Police Department, activating the fire suppression system causing more than $2,500 in damage.

• Dylan Ty Miller, 22, of 1302 Sixth in Bay City for possession of a controlled substance on March 28. He allegedly had less than a gram of methamphetamine.

• Maleik Dvante Moses, 21, of 250 CR 255 in Egypt for injury to the elderly on March 15, 2017. He allegedly used his hand to strike an elderly man.

• Meliton Ortiz, 26, of 605 Divide in El Campo for tampering with evidence on Feb. 20. He allegedly tried to hide marijuana in the tailgate of a truck in an effort to impair a police investigation.

• Joe Louis Palacios, 28, of 161 Julius in El Campo for driving while intoxicated third or more offense on March 17.

Palacios has prior misdemeanor DWI convictions on April 1, 2009 in Jackson County and two counts on Jan. 16, 2014 in Wharton County.

He was convicted for the felony driving while intoxicated third or more offense on Sept. 15, 2016 in Wharton County.

• Christopher Earl Parson, 33, of 103 Ripple in El Campo for evading arrest with a previous conviction on March 21.

Parson has a misdemeanor evading conviction on July 18, 2007 and felony convictions for evading with a previous conviction on Nov. 15, 2010 and Oct. 22, 2015, all in Wharton County.

• Felipe Reyes Jr., 28, of 9410 Desert Flower Lane in Houston for possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 5. He allegedly had less than a gram of cocaine.

• Keshun Demetric Riggins, 22, of 201 Olive in El Campo for possession of a controlled substance on March 20. He allegedly had less than a gram of cocaine.

• Naima Yarelli Rios, 24, of 2405 Nightingale in McAllen for possession of a controlled substance on April 2. She allegedly had less than a gram of cocaine.

• Latricia Annette Robinson, 42, of 4171 CR 161 in Wharton for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on March 12. She allegedly displayed a knife while threatening to cut a family member.

• Dylon Christopher Rodgers, 26, of 11171 Hwy. 71 South in Danevang for possession of a controlled substance on April 7. He allegedly had less than a gram of methamphetamine.
